There’s something very unusual about this Sunny Isles oceanfront … And that’s exactly why I want to show it to you. Come see the view first. Now, let me be completely honest. The residence is in original condition. And for the right buyer, that may be exactly the opportunity. You’re not paying for somebody else’s taste. You can renovate it your way. And when you come to see it, remember: Don’t look at what it is today. Look at what it could become. Welcome to Millennium, directly on the ocean in Sunny Isles Beach. This little stretch of beachfront is one of S. Florida’s most desirable luxury communities - with spectacular towers, beautiful beaches and the Atlantic Ocean as your backyard. And right here, I’m listing a 3-beds, 3½-bath residence on the 8th floor with spectacular direct ocean views. And I particularly like the eighth floor. You’re high enough to enjoy that gorgeous ocean view…without feeling like you’re living in the clouds. This unit comes with full-service oceanfront living with a beautifully renovated lobby, heated pool, jacuzzi, two-story fitness center, sauna, tennis court, beach service, party room, business center and much more. And here’s something else you should know: The sellers are relocating. They’re motivated, and ready to sell. You already have the location, the ocean, the view. Everything else… you can change. So, if you’re looking for an oceanfront opportunity, call or DM me for a private tour. Additional 3rd Garage space is available for sale.
